Who knew Zumba could be the best start to the day, love my Thursday mornings, have a spring in my step all day after class

POUND has been firm favourite with me, I have loved seeing my body change, and become stronger, also she can adapt the class for any level so everyone is welcome. and don't feel intimidated at all
